Software for trading desks, shopfronts and workshops.
We are a small engineering team in Harare building software for African businesses: trading systems that execute on MetaTrader, a commerce and delivery service that runs entirely inside WhatsApp, an ERP suite for companies that have outgrown spreadsheets, and a platform that takes a room from a sketch to fitted furniture. Three are live. CGO ERP is still being built.
The reason is narrow and deliberate. Most software sold here was designed somewhere else, for connections, payment rails and margins that do not exist on this continent. We build for the conditions that are actually here.
The work
One system, four parts
Trading execution, selling and delivery, operations and manufacture. Four systems built separately and designed to work together — three live, CGO ERP still in development, each one solving a problem a business here actually has.
Opulence Chattel
Furniture trading, with the client and the manufacturer in one system. A room is drawn to the millimetre and customised to what the client actually needs; the platform returns the cut list, the sheet count, sealed bids from graded workshops and a fitting date — in one pass, without a quote being guessed at.
MogruchiAI
The order is placed when the conditions are met, sized to your rule, with the stop where you put it. It stays there.
4Flex AI
From chat to cash. One number: buy, start a business, sell with an AI agent working around the clock, book a ride, send a delivery and get paid — all in one WhatsApp thread. Nothing to install and no account to create.
CGO ERP
Requisition to approval to receipt to posting, each step keeping its own record on one audit trail.
Haka
Rest products and wearables, each issued with a serial bound to a registry entry a buyer can check.

What we do not do
Sell software for a problem that is really a process problem. We will say so before you spend anything.
How we work
We start with the workflow, not the software
What happens today, who does it, and where it breaks. Most of what we are asked to build turns out to be one step costing somebody a day a week.
Build the narrow version first
One workflow, in production, used by the people who will live with it. It is the only reliable way to learn whether an idea survives a real week.
Measure it in your numbers
Orders taken, hours saved, stock variance, execution slippage. If the figure does not move the feature was wrong, and we will say so.
Hand over something maintainable
Documented, in version control, credentials in your name. No dependency on us that we would not accept ourselves.
What we will tell you
When software is not the answer
Several problems we were asked to automate were process problems in a software costume. Building around one hides the cost rather than removing it.
What a trading system can and cannot do
Ours execute a defined strategy without hesitating and without widening a stop. They do not predict markets. Past performance is not a forecast.
Where we are still building
Opulence Chattel takes orders and issues invoices but does not process card payments yet. It says so on the page rather than at checkout.
