You buy by saying what you want
Type "I need shoes size 42". The system searches the sellers on the platform, finds what is near you, shows the options and takes the order. Payment, seller notification and delivery all follow in the same thread.
You start selling by asking to
Type "I want to start a business". A shop, a catalogue, a dashboard, a shareable link and a QR code are created for you. No shopfront, no website, no technical skill.
An AI agent sells while you sleep
It talks to customers, recommends products, answers questions and closes sales on your behalf. If an order needs you and you have not replied it reminds you, then calls you. You do not lose a sale because you were at work.
Rides and deliveries, same number
Ask for a ride or a delivery. Nearby drivers are notified and bid, you pick one, and the trip is tracked. Addresses work the way people actually give them — a landmark, a photo, a gate colour — not only a map pin.

Rates are the per-kilometre carriage component and are set per merchant. They are not a retail price list.

EcoCash
Not instant, so it is handled honestly: the confirmation message is read, or a reference is asked for and matched. Nobody is told a payment landed before it did.
Authorised on your device
A payment is released with a PIN or a fingerprint, not by tapping a link somebody sent you.
For merchants
You keep your own number
Orders arrive at the WhatsApp number you already give customers. 4Flex compiles the message; it does not stand between you and your buyer.
Your catalogue, your prices
Items, prices and categories are yours to change. The customer sees a current catalogue rather than a PDF from three months ago.
It works on a weak connection
A chat thread costs a fraction of the data an app does, which matters more here than where most e-commerce software is designed.
